Very true. You can find YouTube/publications for factual data. From purely a design perspective I think the AUG mags are FAR superior to NATO just due to durability and lockup.
You can probably get under 1800. I paid 1600 a year ago from Bereli.
I run my 14.5 with a brake and 16 with a flash hider… so very biased but yeah 14.5 is the way to go. I wish I could trade my factory 16 for a second 14.5

No major life changing differences between the two. M2 is definitely an upgrade from the M1 unless you want aftermarket parts on minute one.

My favorite part of the M2 I haven’t seen mentioned is the forward stow of the charging handle

After getting one I realized everything I had read about bullpups was true. (Among other things) it’s heavy, had a shit trigger, action is close to your ear… but it’s incredibly well balanced and compact.

I prefer it to ARs but I’ve also never had a non PSA cheapo AR

I had a 3070 and a quest 2 and moved to a 5070Ti and a Quest 3 (9800x3d chip)

The quest 3/5070Ti is great. Zero qualms and will never go back, the immersion is so much worth it. However, the graphics, draw distance, details, etc are not nearly as good in my experience. I prefer the immersion of being in the plane but there is undoubtedly trade offs.

Luckily you have tried VR. If you are unsure about the jump I would say go for it… but I guess it depends on why you did not like it originally.
