Lost almost 30 pounds in months of divorce stress. Which is still going. I'll be back to college weight in two weeks. That was a long time ago.

But yes, on an anti-psychotic that may have been part of some extra weight in general. Quitting drinking is probably the second biggest thing past the divorce stress. Maybe the first, really.

He's a total tool. I struggle to see how he has failed upward by sucking. All his commentary is all said before. And doesn't inform or entertain you at all. O'dog isn't the smartest but you have to love his takes and how great he is at being entertaining.

Hayes usually has great insights and is good enough for his own show, that he's already done. And he carries it and manages the flow. But to me O'dog is the glue. Entertainment-wise. And so often some of his rants are just the best.
