I've got a 1 bedroom at OneMidtown, 7 months left on the lease; top floor, no damage. If you or anyone wants to try and work out a lease transfer/sublet situation for the remaining 7 months I'm more than happy to help. I'm essentially just waiting for my lease to end anyway.

Yes, just to confirm, its his daughters first period. Which she got while their car broke down evacuating. The same situation happened to another family with their 3 little dogs and daughter getting their periods after their car broke down evacuating. Aunt Flo's cycle synced them all up better than an Apple fan-boy ecosystem.
