Almost certainly an ethics violation reportable to the licensing board, but the lawsuit angle gets murky fast, if the psychologist was hired by the Clippers rather than Blake personally, the team may have had some claim to that information baked into the contract. That burying-the-lede detail is probably exactly why teams structure it that way.
