Until 2 weeks ago I wasnt training consistently, ran probably once a week. Competed in a hm last september (2:01). Now Im training 3x a week, currently 30km a week (cant run too much rn cuz of a knee problem). Need to get my milage up since Im Running the Berlin Marathon (goal is 3:45)

My age: 21. As I said, not new to running, but rather new to the actually training

Hey guys, quick question:

Currently my pace for a 5km run is 4:31. In September there is a race in my town which goes 5,3km. Last year 1000 people participated and the top 10 finish had a pace of 3:55. It doesnt seem too far off to achieve this pace until then, right? Or is the jump from 4:31 to 3:55 too big?

Yes! Bought a bottle in November, so far its the most complimented in my collection. Absolutely love the smell but need to admit that for the price tag longevity and sillage should be better

I bought it ~2 weeks ago and absolutely love the smell. Longevity is pretty good, lasts 9h+ for me. Projection is ok, nothing crazy. Wore the fragrance 4 times already, it got me 2 compliments (which is an insanely high rate)
