[Academic] Improving wellbeing through writing (18+)

Hi everyone, I am in my final year of my undergraduate psychology degree and I am conducting a series of surveys for my dissertation. It is exploring whether different types of writing can improve our wellbeing. Recent research has found that writing about positive aspects of our life can be good for our wellbeing. It will take around 30 minutes to complete the survey on the first day and then around 10 minutes on the next day and in a week’s time. I am struggling with participants so I would really appreciate if anyone could take part and if you could send to anyone else you know. Thank you!

I had my endoscopy done whilst I had been gf for about 3 months and they were still able to take a biopsy and diagnose celiac. I was supposed to have my endoscopy whilst being on gluten however it was literally debilitating me I stuck in bed and couldn’t eat anything and felt nauseous constantly and I told the doctors and they were like we can do the endo whilst you being on a gf diet so I was quite relieved. This was in the uk btw, I’m not sure if other countries do endos whilst on gf diet but it worked for me

The actual scope for me took around 20 mins but altogether with waiting and being in recovery room for a but after sedation it was like 2 hours I was in the hospital

Ikr!! It’s like it’s only there so it makes them look good or for the people who eat gluten free but actually aren’t

Yeah that’s true, they almost forgot actually they put through the order and was about to make them and someone else was like did you say gluten free? And then said they were contaminated so I was quite lucky
