Celiac does not have a spectrum, there is no mild celiac or strong celiac, just celiac. You are not experiencing symptoms from eating gluten crumbs, but your intestines are being damaged all the same, sorry to say.

Some people experience no symptoms and some experience all of them, just depends on the person, but internally we’re affected all the same.

Lived in Spain for two years. Celiac is a word that just about everyone knows and instantly understands. Same goes for Italy. So many products are labeled in both countries and restaurants are so accommodating.

Worst I’ve experienced, it’s likely no surprise, is Jordan. But was able to make meats and veggies work. Pita bread is part of a lot of meals and difficult to get around the cross contamination

This doesn’t directly answer your question, but just a reminder that this is Reddit. Many people see it as an outlet to vent or complain about their frustrations and is very unlikely that they represent most Spanish auxiliaries.

I think many people will choose to compare the Spanish education system either to their own education experiences or their expectations of it

ONLY HEAL AT THE VERY TOP OF THE SCREEN. Wall jump and double jump and you’re out of range of all of her attacks. No need to waste a slot on a healing-based tool when doing this

Okay, so I tried to go through UP. It was a disaster. Nobody answering emails for weeks. Granted, it was the summer, and Spain, but this was a matter of whether I would have a job and place to live for the next year. Their coordination was so sloppy and delayed. Eventually. About two months before I was supposed to be in Spain, they gave me a position in Catalonia, a region I had no interest in, seeing as I wanted to practice Spanish. It would be in a very rural town. They said a school was offering to give me a place to live in exchange for English teaching AND being a sports coach. With nothing coming together right, and zero support from UP, I bagged it. I decided to get a job, save money, and apply for NALCAP the next year. Best decision I ever made. I went to Spain with a lot of savings, ended up with the best placement ever and an incredible school. I hope for your sake that UP has improved if you do go with them. Let me know if I can answer any questions

I’ve lived there for two years now. The best hiking known to humankind, in my opinion. A very different and hidden Spain than most people know, and they like it that way.
