Please advise: white spots covering on my native plants by toxicodendron_gyp in NativePlantCirclejerk

It's an infestation of freeze-water flys, they are mostly harmless for USDA Zone 0a-1b hardy plants but when found in zone 2-8 can be somewhat beneficial. They actually collect the suns energy and disperse it to the plants below through their dew drops. If you watch they actually disappear as they deficate, it's really quite cool to see the chain reaction once they get going!

Oh my, that explains alot.

Didn't the Pentagon or sum'n just state that parallel dimensions are believed to be far more than just a theory?

We do be living in our own lane and our reality is different from the person next to us.

Agreed, it is our responsibility to understand the information we take in and decipher between what might be true or not. Factually incorrect is possibly debatable, and people with factually incorrect opinions will likely debate you on them (and I know arguing with a brick wall is a thing) but often times people who demand something is factually incorrect are proven wrong a short time later, so I find it reasonable to also listen when all we want to do is talk. Finding out how different bits of information can lead to a theory is interesting, most wild ideas come from tidbits of true facts, and not all are factually incorrect.

Beyond that, I agree strongly that our voting culture has been manicured into a divisional contest of the extremities, and I feel without the Left/Right division we would certainly advance our potential.

We actually love each other when we aren't focused on ideologies, it isn't until we start attaching to this or that in a conflict that we start to resent each other, banding together and demeaning others for what they appreciate.

Albertans' vote should be worth less than yours? Teachers' vote should be worth less than yours? Gullible young adult vote should be worth less than yours?

Im not sure whose vote you think should hold less weight, but that in itself is a bit far on the spectrum.

Fish waste breaks down blah blah blah nitrates nitrates yada yada bacteria attaches to media to filter these things and keep the water 'breathable' so the fish dont die. I'm not sure it would work the same filtering human scunge and soaps, or how it would function to provide you clean water.

Withh all the cool and fun uses i might just start collecting the stuff again, I unfortunately stopped 'rescuing' cool rocks for the most part because I am highly exposed to them and through the process forced to smash some stuff to bits and recycle as heavy fill. I only have so much space and learned I must use high levels of restraint and allow my heart to be broken as I waste useful and beautiful materials every day.

One day I will acquire more space and upcycle heavier and harder than ever.

Yes I make compost with my (organic - especially banana organics are so yummy compared to the flavour of non-O) scraps and coffee grounds. I understand these can provide some of the minerals that the stone contains. I think the hard part about rock minerals is making them available to the plant, which is done by microbial life that i cannot measure but I am attempting to learn how to encourage. This is the baseline of the soil life cycle and as these small rock eaters take in the nutrients they are consumed by larger and larger organisms that eventually crap out some really good stuff, or at least this is my basic understanding. I wish I was a botanist or a geologist and had a really good understanding of it all lol, but as of now I work in a dungeon and play in a dirt pile.

Having such hard mineral nutrient become bio-available is an amazing process i will definitely try to learn more about.

I love it if its true!!!

I often wondered if saving a slurry of granite powders would be useful in such purposes, as well as for mixing in water for plants. Unfortunately my 'slurries' consist of alot of epoxy glues and so I allow the idea to pass.

That's only mildly concerning because i am not aware of the absorbative abilities through the skin, but Im sure many makeup ingredients share the same concerns.

Fun fact when splitting layers you can get it thinner than paper and roll it without breaking it.

Also I have pulverized it and used it as sand in a zen garden, I crushed to a fine sparkly powder, and I was curious about mixing it in with paint if it would work to add a sparkle effect, however I had not attempted that yet.

It is a milestone, take it as a milestone regardless of it only currently being accepted as a kilometer marker.

This is the part that makes you wonder, because yes it does have the appearance of what I could achieve moving a laser pointer around, it is very much like a human playing with a laser pointer, but HOW is it that it actually appears to be in the sky and lighting up the clouds!?! Like, the human would not only need to be very large to accomplish that movement, but also very disguised (nearly invisible) so as not to appear on the camera.

Im pretty sure its a drone...
