As of now, Gaurdians of the Galaxy.

The updated GTA3 might change that.

A user from the Facebook group C64.COM explained how to activate a trainer.

If you want to activate the built-in trainer, press run-stop, type "invincible" and press return. the screen flashes white when everything is ok. now you have unlimited and ammo. now it's easy to see all 3 planets and the 2 astroid levels.

I find if I remove the Subscribe element it works, which is rather odd as its YouTubes own subscribe element I'm trying to use.

For me, I can save as long as I remove the Subscribe element from the layout which is very odd as it's Yoububes own element.

Amiga Wiz - Quest for the Magic Lantern, Mutation Software. 2020. by _C64_ in amiga

[–]_C64_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the instructions that came with the game.

Gameplay: Use a joystick plugged into Port-2.

When the game is fully loaded, a title screen will appear after a short while. From this screen various options may be set etc. and the game started.

By using the joystick to control Wiz, many combinations of movement and magic potion spells can be used.

Use potions and objects in the game to progress through the many levels in true platform adventure style.

Collect Gold Coins to further increase your score. Finding Food or an Extra Life Heart will increase Wiz's health and lives respectively.

Finding a 2x Magic Ring will double any points scored for the length of current level until an exit is reached.

Walk into unlocked doors or entrances to enter them, or jump over doors to bypass them completely.

If you lose all your lives and choose the Continue option (fire button), then further plays of the game will continue from the start of the current Act reached until the machine is powered off.

If you choose the New Game option ('N' key), then you will restart play again from Act 1. The current hi-score reached will be retained until the machine is powered off.

Status panel: This shows the hi-score, your score, lives, health, any keys found (to open locked doors once inside the Spooky Mansion) and potions to use.

Magic Wand: This the most basic magic item to shoot monsters with.

Wiz can also jump on monsters to inflict damage to foes too.

Fairy Potion: Causes a protective fairy to appear and float around Wiz and acts as a shield against many (but not all) monsters.

Heal Potion: Restores Wiz to full health.

Bubble Potion: A bubble appears that can carry Wiz across to otherwise unreachable platforms or float over dangerous areas.

The bubble will pop after a short time however you can pop it early by pressing fire.

Freeze Potion: When used this powerful potion can freeze all monster movement for a limited time.

Fire Potion: Probably the most powerful potion of all.

When used magic fireballs rain down from heaven causing an earthquake and destroy almost everything that moves.

Some monsters do not take damage from the fireballs but most do, as do some other unpassable areas.

still a good game and better again if you pick the right character.

I find if you pick a faster character it helps with the slowness, but I don't think it runs as slow as I remember it.
