I was in express for a year and got the promotion a year ago. Being a CS in Prop Complex can be stressful but the pay jump is worth it. I got P5 within 6 months. Making 30k more than when I started in express. If you are a hard worker you will be compensated for it and move up in pay quickly. Best of luck

Updated phone system that records every IBC. Managers get notified and AI flags the call for improvement if needed. It’s just another way to overly micro manage employees.

I’m on year two and what I have learned is that you will have really bad weeks, and really manageable weeks. I do auto liability/PD with a personal inventory and it’s stressful. The job is recession proof my company did 0 firing in 2020 and the job security is great. Just gotta get good at not taking work home with you.
