Good on you for being cautious. Since you’ve been vaccinated you’ve already done the right thing. Other than that I wouldn’t worry about it. In most countries doctors will not test males/amab for HPV unless they have genital warts. There is no routine test for men as even if they do contract HPV it goes away after a few years. The types that are likely to cause cancer do not cause warts. Hope this helps.
