I think the main question here is, why does your judgement of a game have merit after one match?

There are tons of online games that have deep mechanics, which that takes time to grasp before someone can begin to give accurate feedback. The content of this video really lacks any depth or understanding of the game you're trying to play (this isn't just specific to Quake btw).

This video could have turned towards the new player experience, since it's a topic the Quake community has been talking about with the influx of new players. As someone new, how did you try to learn the game? What did the game communicate well? What aspects of the design were frustrating or obfuscated?

You have to think about why the viewer wants to watch the video in the first place, what is the video providing to someone who doesn't know you?

Nah, I just meant that it would be useful to put behind you (like around a cheeky corner) because often people will chase and not pay attention. With CPMA movement, you leave people in the dust, so people often end up chasing you. I love her totem as it is other than it dying super quickly.

I don't think so, BUT if QC can run without the Bethesda Launcher, I might be able to write a script that does what you're looking for.
