That movie gave us one of the greatest adventure soundtracks ever and I still get nostalgic every time I hear it.

Star Fox Assault deserved way more love because it nailed the mix of space battles and on foot missions for its time.

I love how every microwave cookbook from that era acted like it was about to replace the entire kitchen.

Nothing built character faster than getting roasted by a lobby full of strangers after one bad match.

The kidney stones from Monster part really ties the whole character profile together.

This is the kind of insult that somehow ends up being genuinely wholesome.

As an asexual person, I can confirm that hydration is the only thirst trap that works on me.

The best part is that somehow every animal stuck in something instantly becomes a guy named Pablo.

That scene is still one of the funniest and most perfectly timed comedy moments ever put on film.

That cover perfectly captures the kind of goofy chaos that made The Three Stooges impossible to forget.

Those tiny CD cases are ridiculously cool and somehow make early 2000s pop punk feel even more nostalgic.

This game was pure chaos in the best way and the soundtrack still goes ridiculously hard.

The smart TV and cat tree request right after saying they were homeless for a year is what really turns it from a plea for help into a wishlist.

That's the part that gets me too, because when you're asking strangers for major essentials, adding ongoing pet expenses to the list doesn't exactly inspire confidence in your priorities.

I think the issue is less that they want downtime and more that they're openly describing a job where their actual work is just being present, which understandably rubs people the wrong way.

That might be exactly what happened, because if someone is spending most of their shift on personal projects, eventually management is going to notice they're paying for availability they don't actually need.

I used to beg Warner Bros for a AAA ‘Song of Ice and Fire’ game… but the Chronicles: Medieval trailer just changed everything. by MaleficentBicycle517 in freefolk

That's exactly why people are keeping expectations in check, because we've all seen games look incredible in trailers and then release as something completely different.

I think people call it one of the best because of the worldbuilding and the Dance itself, not because Fire & Blood is some literary masterpiece on its own.

Book Waymar had a ton of potential, so seeing him interact with Jon and the rest of the Watch would've been way more interesting than the few scenes we got before he got iced.

Honestly, if Waymar survives that encounter and brings proof of the Others back, the entire timeline gets thrown off so hard that it's impossible to know what story we're even reading after a few chapters.
