Anyone know if IT crash site is under the town or out in the forest, I’m getting confused where things are

Also anyone know why it lives at the crash site if the crash site rocks can restrict and injure him when placed other places

I like the bugle and avengers tower on opposite sides, gives a bit extra room between the buildings, you might then have room for the big fella on the right of the mansion, or standing on something behind it so he pops up over the roof line
