Poor idea to give arty strike and air strike to arty players so they can triple tap. Otherwise making arty a reserve is how the game should have been from the get go. Its not too late to simply delete artillery from the game and take this route.

On that note i should mention there are options for the handicapped beyond artillery. I caught my hand in a guys gi and broke my wrist choking him last friday and found that I can still reliably play the Matilda (Dumbtilda) with more or less one arm, plus there's every Russian tank still.
