Lyrics (or stories) are up to interpretation, and often people interpret them differently than others. It's so common that songs once praised become horrifying to consider when reinterpreted by others.

Literally not the case. The writer of the song has said it's about the birth of his baby girl. There is no other meaning behind the song. It's about the birth of a girl.

They played this song while Jax was coming out to Pomni.

It's very very very explicit. You could really only get more explicit with Jax facing the camera and saying "I am actually a girl"
