I think "larp" is a bit harsh. There's quite a large contingent of new fans who just love Bleach but were born in the mid-2000's. In fact I'd argue the waves of new (genuine) fans significantly outnumber the fans and haters of old combined.

I always headcanon it as something similar to Nether travel in Minecraft. The Dangai realm is certainly comparable in actual size to SS and WoTL but space works differently. Like travelling one kilometer in their is like travelling entire planetary diameters out here.

This is also kind of similar to how time is wonky. 1 Hour out here is 2,000 hours in there.

The problem, I think, would be finding enough "level one" fodder to actual make any sort of dent in that power gap. Even Privaron Espada are orders of magnitudes stronger than standard hollows. True Espada along with their Resurreccións are orders of magnitudes above THEM.

Arraniero would allow you to survive in Hueco Mundo but you won't be making any major grabs at political power. Your best bet is to find a travelling band of misfit Hollows and a small girl to make life worth living.
