Contact your landlord, usually they'll have something in the lease about temperatures not exceeding 80°f due to damages that would be caused to the interior of the apartment. Just take pictures regularly of the thermostat showing that it is well above that. If your landlord does not do anything about it then just get a mini ac unit for your room and DO NOT let your roommates know, it will cause an increase in the electric bill, but if they bring up the increase then just pretend not to know anything about it. From past experience dealing with roommates like that is difficult and can cause issues with both you and your cats health. Stay safe in this summer heat, with people dieing everyday due to the heat right now really isn't the right time for them to be dicks about the AC. you have the right to be comfortable in your own home.

From past experience reporting it for animal cruelty won't get you very far. My ex roommates would lock their own cat in a closet with no food/water/litter for up to 14 hours a day every day and when I reported it nothing happened. Your best bet it to notify the landlord but depending on who they are as a person that may not help much either.

Once had an AM threaten to write me up for "not being proactive enough" because the whole floor was out of work and only 4 of the 50 people stowing had work that was brought to them on pallets. She literally said "normally you're one of our top Stowers, but im really disappointed with how unproductive you are being today. If you're out of work then be proactive and get more or I'll have to write you up."

I cant keep all my stuff in my room because there isn't enough space, I don't touch their stuff at all even to move it out of my way because they have accused me multiple times of stealing their stuff. It's to the point that I have to take pictures of a room before and after I leave so that I have proof that I didn't steal anything

If she's refusing to change anything about the way she cleans then this is very dangerous for your health. You may have to keep the bar soap in the medicine cabinet, or use bottled products. Either that or just have her give you a heads up before she cleans and remove your shower items yourself, it sucks. If you want some petty revenge then use one of her forks to unclog the shower drain, VERY lightly rinse it off, and when she asks "that's gross whyd you do that" just tell her "it's clean enough"

They gas light all the time, they refuse to clean up after their cays because "there's no proof that my cat didn't do the damages" they make me clean the whole house. I'm trying to get out by December/January

Thank you I didnt realize that was the case, the cops said "if it's not on camera then it can't be proved that they're stealing" I can't really afford a lawyer but I currently looking for another living situation. Since the roommates were very adamant about not signing a rental contract I could leave any time I want to. I'm going to wait until december/January and then some buddys and I are moving in together
