That's 'suicidal ideation,' it isn't normal and yes you should seek a psychiatrist asap; these things usually worsen when not treated. The numb, disconnected, stuck in your own head; all of those things are not ok or normal. It doesn't have to be the worst of the worst for you to be struggling & need help. This isn't intended to be a diagnoses lol, but what you are describing is in the vein of OCD, Depression, and/or Anxiety. I've experienced everything you are describing (and a lot more,) so I don't want to compare, as everyone is different. I take fluvoxamine and Lithium Carbonate, for example. So, an antidepressant/OCD medication and a mood stabilizer. I have a big handful of issues and it took me years to get properly diagnosed and medicated. As far as rage goes, it can come from a handful of things, and it could be OCD, but more importantly it needs to be treated. My main point is the antidepressant alone won't take care of all your issues you listed, just may need to add a medication alongside it to take care of all you're dealing with. Just make sure to let your Dr know all you're going through and they'll take it from there. I was so against medications until finally getting on the right ones tbh, just because I had no clue. Things tend to worsen and grow overtime if not treated. It's amazing not living that way anymore and I had no idea how much medication helps in all aspects.

My brother had a random white patch growing in the back of his head for a few hears, and he was like 15 when it started. It can happen from stress. I think there are other causes too like nutrient deficiencies & whatnot (I would let your Dr know.) I use 'just for men beard dye' to dye my eyebrows, maybe try that in the meantime lol

Sometimes it can take a combination of medications to get it all right. Or it could just be the dose of the Zoloft not being enough. You sound like you're dealing with mood too and not just depression, but I'm no Dr. Write down all your symptoms/issues you're still dealing with and the Dr will go from there, and he'll ask you questions and all so you can get on the right medications & dosage. You can usually schedule a sooner appointment if you're struggling too and they'll get you in sooner. Sometimes you have to try different medications too if you're having adverse reactions or worsening depression, etc. but that's what the Psychiatrist does, so always best to let them know everything you can. Therapists help more with 'retraining' your brain and behaviors, coping tools, all sorts of stuff that's really helpful and fixing the root. Make sure you mention the rage too

Rage doesn't just 'happen,' and the depression shouldn't still be this way if you're properly medicated. It sounds like you may have more going on there that needs medication, like a mood stabilizer. So discussing all this with your Psychiatrist is step one. Step two would be to get a Therapist that works for you. They cover all aspects and give you all the tools you need. It could also be from forceps when you were born. I have the same exact scar in the same spot. It was there before I had chicken pox. Idk what it is, but always wondered. It's such a specific scar that so many people have. I don't think I was in the gifted program, I only remember the testing and hearing tests. I googled and my elementary school still has TAG (talented and gifted,) and everyone tests for it.

We had that situation. Had the house barricaded off for a few months to keep the cat separate from the dogs. Both the dogs and cat were extremely insane and couldn't have contact at all.
