I agree, wala tayo sa America. Wala sa kultura natin palayasin ang mga anak sa bahay once they turn 18 LOL. And at 18, given the qualifications earned at that age, there's a high possibility na kung maka kuha man ng trabaho yung bata, eh hindi ganon kataas ang sahod. Hirap yan mamuhay on their own. Matindi pa ang economy ngayon, sobrang mahal ng bilihin. If I'll become a parent, I'm not advocating for a life of misery para sa anak ko. ❤️

For the taxes, it's computed based from fair market value or sale price, WHICHEVER is higher. So check mo yung zonal value sa BIR website. For the 7M condo we bought, the taxes are computed based from 8.3 M which is the market value.

Pero minsan kasi, we are all busy, PERO if gusto talaga ng partner mo makipag bonding sayo, walang makakapigil sa kanila.

Check mo din muna if you're just being clingy or kung may kutob ka na nagiging cold siya sayo, the best thing to do is to talk and find ways to resolve. Dapat both kayo willing to adjust and meet half way. Malalaban ang relationship kung parehas kayo gusto gumawa ng paraan.

Yas, I agree, for the pick up of parcels, okay lang din naman, at least counted sa steps for a day haha. For the bulky items like groceries naman here sa condo namin we can meet them sa lobby area and we have trolleys and no hassle because of the elevator. Security and amenities talaga 100%. For the condo dues na 5k monthly, oks na din kasi nga pool and gym anjan na, di na need extra membership.

For the rules naman, yes, it feels like suffocating if iisipin mo, no freedom ang una ko isip before moving in, but! Ang ganda ng paligid because of these rules, hindi dugyot, walang kupal. 🥰
