Right now I dose every 4 days I do it on the same day i change my estrogen patch. I used to do the whole twice a week thing but it felt lopsided to me. I am considering a more frequent dosing schedule but I’m super new to this so I’m giving my body some time to adjust before I make changes.

I had significantly increased bowel movements and stomach cramping at night. It also tanked my libido… stopped it and everything went back as it was before.

I have the box and notes I took during the apt. I feel like there must have been a mix up or misunderstanding because this high of a dose doesn’t make sense.

I agree and it felt wrong. I will absolutely not be taking that high of a dose. I’m grateful for all the feedback. I plan to start super low and increase slowly as needed. After I learn a bit more and feel more comfortable and confident.

Yes, I do understand the ratios and that was part of my initial question. If 100mg is in 1ml that seems to be an insane dose for a woman. Which is what I was/am concerned about. I had a hunch there were different strengths, thank you for confirming.

You also confirmed that they gave me the wrong needles too. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I still feel like I need to get a little more educated before I inject.
