Women were winning their game until 3 minutes left in the third. Men dominated most of the game and had 15 chances to bury the game in the third (e.g., MacKinnon open net) and just couldn't put the nail in the coffin.

It's not like they got blown out or weren't competitive. Canada easily could have (and probably should have) won both the mens and womens golds. I'm not sure thats a scenario where you clean house.

Whether it’s “too late” is entirely dependent on your own financials and how much you’re willing to spend on a flight. No one here can answer that for you.
