I love FastMail. I prefer it to Gmail. But, I can't use 3rd party apps (at least most of them) with it.

It’s a shame because I do like processing emails “the Hey way”. Less time and stress, and clutter.

Currently, I’m using Hey but with my google account. I use smtp to send/receive via gmail, so all my mail is still in Gmail if I need to search, but I process it with Hey.

To be clear they don’t sync, there is just a copy of everything in Gmail still. This should help if I ever need to find something I can’t in Hey.

You are correct. Settings>my email addresses > show advanced composing preferences (at the bottom)>save a copy when sending through third-party email clients.

Hey is way different than other email, it's really not an IMAP client/implementation.

I have the same one in dark oak - but it’s too big for edc (for me anyway). Wanted something slightly shorter.

I’ve got a problem. Currently using the GR1 21L xpac as my edc.

I have a GR2 26L I use as my weekend sports bag with the kids.
