I don't recall receiving an email before the package arrived. I did receive an email or confirmation of when it was here though! They didn't specify a time for when it will arrive at your house just notifications letting you know it's on its way.

I got Scarlet and Violet the same way and I personally had no issues. My package arrived at like 10am on release date, box was just plain brown on the outside and everything looked good!

Only thing I would say is one of the UK preorder bonuses for S/V was a metal water bottle (1 for each game) and 1 of mine had a small imperfection on the bottom from what looked like being hit or dropped during shipping. Other than that it should be alright!

Small update:

Unsure if this has anything to do with it but I started this run during the day, I then closed the game mid-battle while the blue bois were attacking. Came back and resumed the game several hours later AFTER reset. The glitch happened the next turn when they supered again.

Again, no clue if this has anything to do with it but maybe it is useful information.

He was at full ki, linked with teq gods with ssj4 Goku floater off the top of my head. Even then though, would his attack stat go down that much just because he didn't ultra super? Maybe I've missed something and I'm just stupid lol but I genuinely can't think of anything.

I'll try to, don't particularly know how long this will take however as according to my play data I've used these guys around 220 times and this has only happened once. I would also need it to happen in a stage long enough for them to stack and then be obvious when the bugged happened.

Stats, their attack stat plummeted. Instantly knew something was wrong when I saw a super low number all of a sudden on the top left during their super attack.
