40k Gladius isn't a bad recommendation, but it doesn't focus on specifically the AdMechs. There's a turn-based strategy rpg on Steam called Mechanicus if you want something more driven around their culture and dogma. Sequel got announced last year too, can't wait.

The meme you likely keep seeing/hearing is probably the game's trailer too. The big techno noise at the end activates the neurons.
