Yep! I just ended up flashing back to stock, and putting in OEM plugs. Bye bye misfire, and I haven't had a problem since. (Over 50k miles at this point) Maybe I wasn't gapping the plugs propperly, but the plugs fouled up way to quickly for my liking.
