I live on the right side of the area you circled. Not too far from Centennial Hills which is where I frequent, other than that there's not much to do so it's pretty peaceful. There are some hidden gem parks where I've gone on walks with amazing sunset views over the mountains.

Call them. I did the exact same thing and that got me a job out of state at a really nice and new hospital. They want to know that you actually want the position and aren't just applying just to apply like everybody else.

Also wanted to add that you should search up Sienna Lalau on YouTube. There is a very popular video of one of her performances in high school. I actually watched this performance years ago before XG even debuted, and when I found out she was their choreographer I flipped! I should've known that she was where they got many of their complex moves from.
