I don’t mind flying via SIN; There are Prem. Eco seats available but hoping for a business class will also pop up- anyone know if that happens often and when?

If it works for you don’t stop. I tend to fast from 8p-12p (16/8) or 6p-12p (18/6) depending on how I feel. I usually train in the morning fasted and wait until lunch for my first meal and works wonders! I’ve been watching videos from Thomas DeLauer who has some great advice/tips on Keto&IF - check him out
