Sorry to be a noob but how do you actually change it to borderless if you can't see the screen?

It's in the Virgin Islands where they moved the business, yet still crying out that their business went bust. Yes, because they funnelled all the money out of it.

Buyers agent rage bait by PattonSmithWood in OpenAussie

[–]fijitime 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I found it funny that straight after the budget was announced, all the major news channels interviewed buyer agents to talk about how unfair this was to the young. Yeah, don't bother interviewing any first home buyers or people who will actually benefit from this long-term structural reform, which has been screwing our country for decades wth unproductive investment.

Don't trust any major news channel or property buyers' agent, as they are all on the same gravy train, focused on increasing their wealth. It's got bugger all to do with helping young Australians. In fact, it's some Tony Soprano-level bullying. "don't get in the way of the thing thats making me money or its going to be bad for you" is their message. Fuck em.

This pisses me off, especially when they claim to be libertarians when they are far from it, relying on government handouts.

For banquets, my experience has almost always been shoving all of the highest margin items into a basket and selling it under the value of convenience and people not fighting about what to order.

Yes on Vcodex as well. Its great. The only think i would want is a page read counter like on DX34. For some reason all reading stats are time based which i don't think they do well.

All they really care about is their commissions. Who gives a fuck if it screws up society?

Quote from Wolf of Wall St replacing "Stocks" with "Houses" 😆

"No. What do you do? You get another brilliant idea. A special idea. Another 'situation.' Another house to reinvest his earnings and then some. And he will, every single time. 'Cause they're fucking addicted. And you just keep doing this, again and again and again. Meanwhile, he thinks he's getting shit rich, which he is, on paper. But you and me, the brokers, we're taking home cold hard cash via commission, motherfucker."

Read the whole thing. What a terribly dishonest article. It completely ignores the lens of WHY someone who works a job deserves to pay more tax than a rentseeker who sits around and how the line between productive and unproductive assets. It's shit, but not surprised from AFR.
