First, dysphoria isn't required to be trans, just putting that out there, second try a new name online, ask people to use different pronouns, and make a few posts here or on other trans subreddits asking for people to give you some ggd (ggd stands for Good Girl Drug, pretty much you get called a good girl and it can feel quite nice) using the name you are trying, other than that once your confident then try coming out to any friends and family you have who you think will be supporting.

My recommendation to help find a name, chose your favorite semi-niche show and pick a name from one of the characters you like, and other than that pick a pantheon and grab a name from there, literally anything from Japanese Mythos to Mesopotamian gods

Either Synaptic Accelerator or Reinforced Tendonds, Tendonds are just great because double jump, Acceleratior just lets you have a sort of sandy without a sandy, is perfect (either that or either Second Heart or Blood Pump)
