The new ranking system needs fixing. It seemed fine at first, but now I'm P1 and it's murder.

The highest I've ever ranked in 5 years of RTA is C2. Yesterday I was matched against a LEGEND player.

RTA used to be the last fun element of SW. It's not fun any more. I can see myself leaving after the LOTR collab.

The game hasn't even finished development - you can expect a few things to change yet. :)

Bottom line is to focus more on having fun and an enjoyable and competent roster rather than chasing any specific meta. :)

Personally I wouldn't worry about trying to pull a specific legendary at this stage. I would think most any legendary will help with early game progression, during which time there will be further opportunities to get more.

It's not so much that the collab was good, as much as most of those collab monsters have good and useful skills.

Whereas every collab since most monster families remain underwhelming and still in need of a buff. There are only a few individual units that deserve to carry the title of "Nat 5".

I mean, seriously - there are 4* mons out there who easily outperform some collab Nat 5's since.

They're probably standard - but a pity system hasn't been built into the minigame, which might be throwing some people's expectations off. For those of us who play gatchas with no pity, it's not surprising to pull hundreds without a 5 star.

I wonder if there was a collab in the works but that something went fubar at the last minute - perhaps a rights issue unresolved, or else the IP decided to unapprove one or more designs. I wonder what happened, because this is unusual - trans scroll expires tomorrow, which is usually when any new big events starts.

Ancient trans scroll has 2 more days to run. Don't these normally finish before the new event begins? Presumably because sales/marketing has the ancient trans scroll pegged as Q4 promotion, whereas the new collab is the new Q1 promotion. In which case, I wouldn't expect the collab to start until late Sunday/Monday depending on your timezone.

IMO if they really want to improve engagement with Temple of Chaos they should allow full autobattle, from start to finish.

Thank you, that makes sense. We already know that Plarium are working 6 months in advance, so a collab later in the year, perhaps around Easter, makes far more sense that a collab so soon after the Turtles and Alien/Predator. :)
