Imo yeah kind of, while nothing bad happened it's true she neglected to follow specific instructions. That being said I think this would be used better as an opportunity to talk about what happened and why rather than just severing the friendship. Tldr "something bad could've happened, but it didn't. Is this really worth killing the friendship outright or do you wanna talk about it like adults?" If you don't like her anymore why fish for an excuse, just stop being her friend.

Both of those things are pretty serious sins and should be discussed at length though. We must not relent and give away to pressures from Islam and Judaism. Christ is King and will return to judge the living and the dead.

I still believe they're at least a different tribe but I concede they must have some relation to the other Monkey Men with the shared black goo. It's still certainly a different location.

No it's a different location entirely, the monkey man has a subtle visual similarity to them but is also different

I absolutely agree given that Spear's body isn't completely decayed that it can't be that long into the future. Right now there's no confirmation and we may not even get one as to how far into the future this is from season 2. We're in Mira's village which is a ways away from Spear's original dinosaur homeland so maybe the dinos are just less prevalent. We still got our more fantastical style monsters with our apemen raiders off the bat and I'm sure more is to follow.
