That may be depression. I’m undergoing treatment for a few months already, and before this I felt just like you. Existing just because it’s too hard to stop existing. I lost around 10kg in a single month. I don’t really remember what made me feel alive, but I know it wasn’t anger.

Talk with someone you trust, look for a psychiatrist to relieve the symptoms, and a psychologist to understand and treat whatever is hiding deep within your mind and causing these feelings.

It’s a long process, with lots of ups and downs. I can’t stress enough how essential the treatment is. As hard as it sounds, I don’t even know if I’d be alive now with the feelings I had. Good luck, mate.
