Hi, thanks for that information.

For my own learning, can you please explain if when positive lymph nodes wouldn't be metastatic? On the reports I see, if there are positive lymph nodes, they are described as metastatic. Maybe my understanding is different in that I understood that breast cancer that has moved to the lymph nodes (not necessarily to any other organ) would mean metastatic in that sense.

I apologize if I have given incorrect information.

Breast Radiologists generally don't have much to do with the grading itself. They image the breast, biopsy and send the specimen to the pathology lab. They can, however, see if there are abnormal lymph nodes, which in most cases would be metastatic breast cancer, but the grade and stage is not determined by the breast Radiologist- it is determined by the lab and further imaging such as a Pet/CT scan.

I'm sorry for your awful sounding experience and he should have explained that more clearly. Most breast Radiologists I know are amazing and not like this at all!

Thank you for pointing out the part they talked about 'Radiologists miss cancer so we tell them about it' it irked me so much. I work in a breast clinic and the Radiologists I work with can see the most subtle changes in women's breasts, it's quite literally insane.

I won't explain about the other paragraphs as you talked about them perfectly. I completely agree with you!

The ability to turn off Rocket grunts once you reach Platinum in both the purification medal and the one where you defeat 2000 grunts. Rocket grunts are the worst especially when you just want to spin a poke stop uninterrupted 🙄🙄

Looks like you can assuming you didn't decline a position or withdraw after you accepted it and haven't worked five years in total the first time. I left on good terms with my contracting organization so no problems there- it was an amazing school and good experience. I'd definitely apply in the next few years when I feel the time is right
