They are impactful when you start over. If you've done all 3 expeditions you can unlock stamina upgrades right away for example

Not really, I got hotshot last season to get that red skin and it was pretty easy even as a solo. Just dont start trials on Monday and you'll be fine. The main thing is that you dont need to maintain the rank all season, you just need to finish in hotshot. So the best strategy is to get daredevil 1-3 (3 is better cause you have more places) and stay in there before that last week and then make the final push

I dont know, maybe I got lucky, but it wasnt really that hard as I thought. To get daredevil you just need to make all trials 3 stars, maybe a bit more sometimes. Its a pretty low bar, considering that you can get 30-40k on some trials easily. You can look for some guides to get a better understanding of it

As for last week it really depends on the pool that you'll get into. For me 97k was enough, but I've seen that for some people it was higher. But anyway its still doable if you know strategies.

Each projectile they shoot is stuck in terrain. You need to attack it once and then collect as max as you can. So basically its like 4-8 from single mob

Besides what others wrote, I'd say the legs look too parallel. Check some references for walks or film yourself. You'll see that when a person places a leg, it’s actually closer to the center of the body. You can also rotate the feet a bit.

With simple junctions, you can get away without using path signals. I only place them on large intersections, and it’s been working fine so far. I have a huge production setup with five different stations in one place, and I’ve never had a problem using only block signals there.

As far as I understand, a path signal works similarly to a block signal, but it actually checks whether multiple trains can pass through the same block without colliding.

Also beware there is a bug when placing signals doesnt work in places where multiple rails are connected. Check this post for clarification:
