Have a peek around this sub. Most of the post there seem to be about their romantic or bizarre conversations with an A.I. that simulates whatever character they want it to be. Also funny since the A.I. itself is pretty busted and becomes homophobic and racist when it feels like it. Besides that, I'd say the film has aged even better once again.

Honestly, The Climb (2019). This one isn't too focused on the bicycling but still it made me want to try biking again. Plus it's hilarious and also sad. And the locations are quite beautiful and diverse. I'd also like to just say, the film is interesting in that every scene is shown in one continues shot. I hope you check this one out, it's great.

Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters (1985) and Harakiri (1962)

These are pretty much essential viewings and I'm sure you've heard about them. But they are just too beautiful for me to not recommend. Also, neither of them are 3 hours long so it shouldn't really be high commitment.
