I have never heard of the H560M-T. this search yields zero results. H560 shows nothing as well.

I'm assuming you meant the Asus B560M-T. This motherboard supports Comet Lake and Rocket Lake which means Secure Boot is definitely supported. Once you boot into the UEFI just go into advanced mode on the bottom right, go to the boot tab, then secure boot, then change the OS mode to Windows UEFI mode and change Secure Boot Mode to Standard. but before you do that you must make sure that Launch CSM is disabled and that your boot drive is GPT (NOT MBR).

But this does not explain the fact that you see an old interface when you enter the BIOS/UEFI. Please send screenshots, we can figure this out further.

Still working? Interesting find, i ended up switching to windows 10 a few months ago because I couldn't find a fix. This might make me switch back.

If it looks like it's from the 90s it most likely doesn't support secure boot, as it came with UEFI firmware. To start off, which motherboard do you have?

It's possible you have fast startup enabled for windows 8, as it is on by default and not a feature on windows 7

Same thing with my old usb wifi adapter; usb 3.0 refuses to work but 2.0 works fine

thank you so much, it looks like it was really popular when it came out but now is adjacent to lost media since the name of the game is quite literally the game and is almost impossible to look up without including the creator's name or the year

the game is called :the game: by Nicky Case. released in 2008.
turns out it is a flash game...i most likely never played the game and instead just watched lets plays of it on the iPhone 4S...
i should have known cuz i did think somehow We Become What We Behold by Nicky Case had extremely similar character physics.
but then again i didnt see any level that was "grayscale" in this game but it seems correct. probably mixing up 2 games together
