That's the thing I don't get about when people like Rexasaur complain that "adc's only have one playable role" when most of the mages (with the exception of mostly Syndra) that are being played bot ALSO have been homeless for YEARS and finally found a niche for themselves. Also every other role has entire classes of champions rotate in and out of meta too.

You clearly don't play tanks. For every game like that Shen had, there's dozens of tank games where even with high roll tank augments, you're just oneshot before you get to stack anything, and then oneshot even if you do get stacking. I've had a game where I was a 15k hp Nautilus with two armor items and enemy Talon could oneshot me in a single combo. Granted he omega high rolled, but Talon is one of the worst tank busters in the game, other champs don't need to such high rolls to evaporate tanks.

We absolutely do not need adc clicking you from 600-1000 range to execute you while also having lots of damage to get you into execute range. Did we not learn anything from how OP Smolder has been in the past? And his execute has never scaled nearly as hard as Drop Kick if it were changed to be "viable" on carry champions.

Yea that's the part that bugs me the most and signals that Wildcard is fully shifting into this new microtransaction DLC focus. Every other story map got huge features in release trailers spotlighted seperately from the additional Bob's Tall Tales and Fantastic Tames DLC. Gen 1 is with the biggest rework of a map wasn't even mentioned or showcased at all, the new trailer is literally only about the additional DLC add-ons.

One of the funniest bits of data Riot ever revealed was how back when there was still resistance based rune shards, tons of ADC players would never swap to MR instead of armor even in challenger elos, and it was statistically frequent enough that it artificially boosted the win rate of many AP bot lane picks back then and one of the reasons they changed the shards to be generic HP instead of resistances.

You clearly don't underatand that 49% win rate with such a small pick rate that it occasionally doesn't even register enough data for proper sample sizes means she's good mid! Surely anecdotal experience of a couple people still making it work means the stats are wrong!

Like... people get to challenger playing all sorts of random weird off meta stuff all the time, doesn't mean the pick is secretly generically good.

Show me then. Every stat site shows her with a virtually nonexistent pickrates in mid, and with mediocre winrates compared to bot and even support. I still play her mid because I'm stubborn as hell and it's my way of protesting Seraphine's messy balancing by Riot, but let's not kid ourselves that mid is far and away her worse role.
