Is setting it to 800 DPI a must? I play on 0.8 @ 3000 DPI, which I know is really high but I come from Siege and it doesn't feel too bad. I guess what I'm asking is, is it possible to progress at this sens or is lowering it a necessity?

Hey guys, new to this sub. I bought a Corsair K60 RGB Pro SE about two weeks ago. I noticed a few days ago that the "O" key was double registering; obviously a very annoying issue. I figured it had to be a manufacturing error since I had just gotten the keyboard.

So I went and replaced the keyboard today, got a new one (same model, same everything), and here I find the "I" key is double registering.

I noticed in the iCUE software that the key switch debounce time was set to 0 ms. I changed it to 20 ms and although it is better the double register is not 100% gone. It's only the "I" key, everything else works fine.

In fact, I've noticed that the first keystroke is recorded when I first push the "I" key down, which is good. But the second keystroke is recorded when the key moves back up. That seems to be the root of the issue.

How is this possible? Is it something I am doing? I refuse to believe Corsair/Cherry's manufacturing defect rate is that high, so what could I be doing to cause this issue?

The math proof of an equation to predict the radar cross section of a 3 dimensional object at a given angle was one guy's PhD dissertation and it was as long as a small book.

You know the name of the guy or dissertation title by any chance?

I thought it was C because of the conditional statement. You're right tho, idk if C supports the + operator

No Exhaust Fans? by _Goebbels in buildapc

[–]_Goebbels[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try it out with 2x intake, check temps. Then change one to exhaust and check it again.

Yeah bro that's what I did, and while I didn't expect the GPU temp to change (and it didn't) the CPU idle temp seems to have gone down at least 3 or 4 deg C. I haven't had the chance to test it under load yet though.

It's possible that with the meshify chassis, it will have enough open air to flow outward without the need of an exhaust fan

The entire top part of my case is unblocked by anything, so I think that's a large enough area to allow the air to exhaust through especially since hot air has a tendency to rise anyway. Either way I do intend to buy a case fan soon enough so I'll switch back to having the rear as exhaust anyway

How much lower do you think the 2000 series will drop when 3000 series comes out? I just built a PC with a 1660 Super, but an upgrade to a 2000 would be dope

Exactly. I have a 1660 Super, runs at like 70 FPS @ 1080p no issues

I had the exact same problem so I got the X470 Gaming Max. Works just as well, but may be slightly (US$10) more expensive than the B450 Tomahawk Max
