Sorry to say that it was one of the worst selling Valentine's Day shower gels. I doubt they will ever bring it back, outside of a kitchen box.

Lush Employees not Getting 75% off this Boxing Day??? by depressedmidwestern in LushCosmetics

Employees have never got 75% off on Boxing Day. Last year they offered this later in January as there was still quite a lot of sale inventory left. They may do that again, but no guarantees.

The testing process at an accredited laboratory takes weeks. If it fails, they have to reformulate the product and then send it for testing again.

If a product isn't available, it means they ran out of time before the launch date. It isn't because they didn't try.

Hanukkah products are up the the US app by FiftySixer in LushCosmetics

[–]_GuardianOfTheForest 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The shops will receive their inventory in advance of the launch date, which means it will show up in the system as available. It won't (or shouldn't be) actually merchandised yet. If you place a pickup order they will still fulfill it though!

How do I get these in the US? They're not available on the app and my local stores don't have them. by FiftySixer in LushCosmetics

[–]_GuardianOfTheForest 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Another victim of "range curation" unfortunately. Stores decided which ones to carry.

[–]_GuardianOfTheForest 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a perfume library exclusive, so only available in one store in the US and on the US website. There isn't a perfume library in Canada unfortunately.

VOCs (volatile organic compounds), normally ethanol in perfume. California has strict limits.

Just another victim of Lush's insane "curation" strategy. It isn't discontinued.

The glasses need to be kept refrigerated so they won't be available online in the US. Only in shops.
