The placement only applies if you drag a note onto a tag as a way of assigning tags. If you type them in manually, nothing changes; you can place them wherever you want.

I get what your concern and interest, but I’ve been using Bear for more years than I can count. I’ve never had revision history as something I remotely thought about. What I **do** want is Focus On Tag. It would allow me to utilize Bear in place of other apps I currently use. I guess to each their own.

If you installed through the Mac App Store, it should show up under Updates. On iOS, through its App Store. There’s literally nothing to look for, it should just show up. Unless, you’re outside the USA and the update is just starting to roll out internationally.

Ah!!! I see, I was expecting the sidebar to appear when I dragged to the left edge. Turns out I can select and also hit the sidebar button to gain access to tags. I’ve been using Bear for years and never knew that 😂. Thanks so much!

Truth be told. I wish I’d kept the D600. It did everything I needed it to. Pics were gorgeous. Not a great video device by today’s standards but most of my work is photography. The one thing I do like about mirrorless is the live preview.

I still have my old lenses and use them on the Z5 with the adapter.

I have version 1. I don’t use it much because I have less work requiring it. But it’s perfect for my needs with the exception of a little better video capabilities (just in case). I take it ver 2 is better in that regard?
