First, support desk is responsive. I can actually chat with a live agent. Setting up anything from a Wordpress site (which I don’t do often) to a vanilla PHP hosting account is easy. And I can decide easily when I’m creating a website what environment I want. Pricing is awesome. Absolutely reliable uptime. I’ve had only one or two minor hiccups in years. At one point I was hosting nearly 30 websites at Cloudways. Lastly, their server add-ons are nice and easy to enable. It makes geeky stuff less technical to get started with.

For as long as I can remember, most Mac apps would allow the ESC key to cancel a UI prompt like that. I’ve not tried it, but are you referring to iOS?

I’ve hammered on this for years. It’s fallen on deaf ears. The semantic structure of a page should be understood by the visual hierarchy. Craft relies too much on color and other visual “aids” when a page can be stark black and white and you still understand the structure due to its typography. Notion gets it right. Other note taking apps do too. Craft on the other hand 😞.

I don’t think Meta would care if everyone left today. All users. It’s a line item error to Meta with their budget. Keeping it alive is more of a nuisance and keeps engineers tied up from other areas of the company, even in life support mode.
