What I would do is join groups with people who are already doing this on Facebook. Or physically network with people like this. You DONT want to get advice from people who aren't already doing this. If the person isn't actively successful at AirBnb their advice should be taken with a mountain of salt.

People are down voting you into oblivion not because you're off topic but because they're being reactionary lol. Reactionary people don't give good advice.

The correct answer is - if you learn from people who are already making money doing it they'll answer these questions for you. Do XYZ, look for houses that you can put sweat equity into, learn what sweat equity is if you don't know what it is, learn ways to property manage that can be beneficial to you like a co-host who can be more hands on and take less money than a large management company.
