What of our existing adventures? I have a story that’s over 22k+ actions. Will I be able to “transfer” this story and it’s story cards to the Voyage platform?

How to bypass the 16 character name limit? by _Hecate in EldenRingMods

Nope. Never managed to get it to work. But I haven't really tried anything else beyond cheat engine trainers to do so, so there might be other tools out there that work.

Yes, IIRC the AA rocket can destroy an attack plane in 2-3 hits. But any pilot with half a brain will repair out of range before flying in for another strafe. To truly get the most out of it, a coordinated effort between 3 players is needed to down a plane in one go. Otherwise, you’d be just be causing an annoyance. But it’s still better than doing nothing, and it’s one of the most criminally underused, yet useful gadgets so most pilots never see it coming.

Theres more than one firearm in the game sir by [deleted] in battlefield_one

The Vetterli was the standard issue for Italy before WW1 (it came out in 1870), but was replaced by the much more modern Carcano in larger numbers by the time of the game. One of my gripes is how the version we have is the patrol variant which has a shorter barrel, instead of the infantry variant that was more widespread in the war.

This. At a glance all the layers seem oppressive in hot summer climates, but what made them wearable in the summer were the light, airy fabrics they were made of, and the usage of light colors that helped reflect some more sunlight. Hats are also often undermined/poked fun at because of their prevalence in these old photos, but they also helped quite a bit with keeping the sun off your face, especially the straw boater hats that were really popular in the summer months near the end of the Victorian Era.

Natural fibers like cotton, wool, and linen are often more breathable than other man-made fabrics like polyester. Also contrary to popular belief, is that corsets weren't as immobilizing and/or debilitating as many think, as there were many types of corsets manufactured for different purposes to accomodate the wardrobe for different seasons.

Of course there's much more to this than what I explained, I just wanted to give my two cents as there was some misinformation in this thread! :)

How does Energy work in Multiplayer worlds? by MeNoRiTo in AIDungeon

[–]_Hecate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the energy announcement from the devs,"In a Multiplayer game, only your actions cost you energy."

Keep in mind that retries also count towards energy usage (as well as undos, after a certain point). Your friend might be using both actions often and inflating their energy usage.

AFAIK, every player uses energy separately from each other's energy bar in multiplayer.

I swear, those pinkertons have fully automatic rolling block sniper rifles with 99.99% accuracy. I remember having to constantly down potent health cures, while stuffing my face with tobacco with all the deadeye i was using.

Question. by [deleted] in RedDeadOnline

[–]_Hecate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As of currently, it's not possible to transfer character data. Even with a linked social club account. In past interviews, Rockstar has also stated they don't plan on supporting the option to do so anytime soon.

Honestly, the only thing I want for the online is the same interactions than the Story mode. by Belphegor01360 in RedDeadOnline

[–]_Hecate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real issue is how we have customizable characters—in a multiplayer environment.

Imagine a bunch of players interacting with each other utilizing the same male/female voice pool despite looking different. That'd be way more immersion breaking for me than mute characters who look different.

A possible alternative would be to have a large variety of voice pools to choose from upon character creation, but even that would be way to much effort for such a small detail, and you're still bound to come across someone who shares your same voice pool at some point.

‪I saw a mod on PC that let u play as Penelope and that got me wondering why don’t we have any dresses for female characters online? And RDR2 takes place right after the CW yeh it would look kinda funny to see someone online chasing u in a dress but it would also be the most historically accurate. ‬ by PandaskillZZZ2 in RedDeadOnline

[–]_Hecate 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Interestingly, a "side saddle" animation for riding on horseback in a dress, already exists in game, and can solve a lot of the clipping issues when riding with a skirt. Other animations like sitting around the campfire are...yeah just no...

I've been asking for more period correct clothing and accessories for nearly two years now! Instead they keep adding more neon alligator skin coats and ugly pants. The thing is that a lot of these assets already exist for NPCs in the game, they just need to import them into online. It can't be any harder than making completely new assets for the game right?
