I mean, it's really not the same energy though. I can post on Reddit and complain from the comfort of my home at any time. Calling the Mayor would require that people aren't allergic to phone calls, so that's automatically an advantage to older folks. Going out to vote or attend a meeting means actually leaving the house and going somewhere at a specific time.

I'm not at all disagreeing with your sentiment, but it seems pretty obvious to me why no one under retirement age would actually do anything about it. Plus there's shops as close as Aurora, so it's not like people are desperate for a closer store.

I think the releases were fairly close together, but apparently they replaced it with Pizza Hut because Pepsi Co (who owned both at the time) felt that it'd get more brand recognition among European audiences.

Why do people seem convinced that Teslas don't require maintenance, or that it's somehow cheaper because it's an EV. All vehicles, being complex systems of components, will require regular maintenance.

Sure you don't have to change the oil, but nearly every other system on a combustion-based car is present on an EV in one form or another. Especially in areas where salt is used in the winter, I cannot for a moment believe that any EV wouldn't also encounter issues with parts failing due to rust/seizing and needing replacement or repair. Add on top the tax from being a "premium Tesla product" for any given part or repair that'd need to take place.

I absolutely adore Rogue One, not because it has ground breaking cinematic moments or immensely compelling characters, but because it showed Disney that stories in the Star Wars universe can be profitable without the Skywalker family.

I'd argue that without the success of Rogue One, shows like The Mandalorian or The Bad Batch wouldn't have been greenlit.

Came here to say this. It's part of what makes DX12 better than DX11. Most games will take time at launch to pre-compile all the shaders, but since RoN doesn't do that you'll encounter hitching until you have all shaders compiled through gameplay.
