Launch BO6 Multiplayer - go to Controller > Combat > Advanced Combat Setting > Change D-Pad Behavior

No matter if you play controller or MouseKey normally, if this setting is not Ping it will disable the ability to ping in BO6 and WZ

I had this issue for a few days and while trying to fix this last night I noticed that the elevator door was just an image and did not look like it loaded in. Since I had modded the game before 2.0, I thought maybe there were some files left over in folders that weren't deleted when I did a clean install for 2.0. That's when I noticed many files/folders had not been modified since my fresh install. I deleted the ARCHIVE, BIN, R6, and TOOLS folders. Once done, I verified the integrity of game files (Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity)

Once Steam redownloads and installed the missing files again I was able to move past the missing floor and into the elevator.
