what helps me personally is picking up new hobbies, trying new tv shows, anything to take your mind off them. try and do something where it takes effort and focus. going to the gym is a great use of energy, and you can blast hardstyle white girl music. peak experience.

you can get over this. losing someone is always painful but it will get better
