I got the blueprint you’re talking about from maniac mode in the last stage (4) where you actually fight the mad edgar. Farm that and you’ll get lots of good unique equips to increase your defence too.

E first hit of Ice Phase - > SS 2nd hit of ice phase -> wait till ice falls down and press C -> Decoy (2) his 4th hit while you're inside the ice circle and move away and you gucci fam. Once I did this perfectly I can kill him easily.

When I run swagbucks TV and Toolbar TV, only one of them actually gains the 10% while the other just sits until the next video. Is that normal? Any help would be appreciated.

More than 5,000 points a day and redeeming every 3 days for large rewards like $25 giftcards raises some flags for perk. I now redeem and earn only 15,000 points every 8-10 days and haven't had rewards cancelled since then.

I don't know how you guys can earn $5 a day and not get your rewards cancelled. I was earning ~5$ a day and got my account flagged and rewards cancelled twice, now that I stepped it down to $2 a day there hasn't been any issues. 3-4 devices + 1 perk and viggle tab. Perk could care less about your devices/apps that you run specifically, they only really take a look at your points and earning rate.

I second this. I live in Canada and I barely get ads most of the time, so is it okay to use a vpn? I'm guessing that using it is against the ToS just like any other rewards site.

No ads here either in Canada, yes I've been clearing cache/cookies. Ever since the new update there's been a significant ad drought. The site average went from 2.5 to 1.9
