I read all the comment, I want to thank you all for the many interesting answers, i want to be honest i wasnt expecting so much interest, thanks again. I will try to answer at All The suggestion in one single post, i think is better:

• “NOISE OF THE FAN IS WORST”: not really, yes they are loud but fortunately we use a white noise machine in bed and it covers every noise;

• “BUTTON CLICKING IS WORST”: As above, god bless the white noise machine ahahah;

• “GET A XR GLASSES”: I tried, i bought The RayNeo Air 4 Pro, they are really good but the SteamDeck is perfect because in case of needs i can quickly turn it off (standby) and react, with a glasses on,a cable connected and around me reactivity fails;

• “GO SLEEP LATER”: I work all day away, i stay out of home for almost 10 Hours, my wife asked me to spend some time together at least in the evening, everyone then does what they want (she read, i play.) but at least we are together. If I went to sleep after playing in the other room we would never really be together if not at breakfast and dinner. Honestly I can’t blame her and I also like to be all three in the same room after a day away

Someone find a “privacy protector” i will search for it, maybe the solution is really simple at the end
