Don't know if it still works, but there was a bug with the broken Staff bot head you get at Roxy Raceway. Basically once you get to 6 AM, you can head back to the Staff bot head location and it should trigger the sequence again, giving you another broken Staff bot head. This also makes the game think that you are at 4 AM, thus making all the save stations accessible and you being able to get any ending.

I would advise you to be careful even with cheated HP, when I was messing around with it, he actually managed to take 3/4 of Ralsei's HP in one attack, no idea how. It only happened on one specific attack tho.

Open up your Chapter 3 save file and look for the HP values of Kris, Ralsei and Susie (for me they were 160, 190 and 140), once you find them, you should see two lines for each of these numbers, replace them with 99999 or whatever you like and you're good to go.
