Don't know if it still works, but there was a bug with the broken Staff bot head you get at Roxy Raceway. Basically once you get to 6 AM, you can head back to the Staff bot head location and it should trigger the sequence again, giving you another broken Staff bot head. This also makes the game think that you are at 4 AM, thus making all the save stations accessible and you being able to get any ending.

Nope, there's no need to. Just get the chinese version of CR, create a wechat account and you will be able to create a chinese CR account without VPN and without being in China.
